We are delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted for our St Nicholas Road property. The approved works include a full-width kitchen rear extension and the addition of a dormer window on the outrigger — both significantly enhancing the layout, natural light, and living quality for residents. This is a strong result for our co-living model, adding usable floor area and improving the character of a property that already benefits from a beautiful park view. Construction will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
